Spratt’s Rock Hill Office Picketed
Dozens of protesters camped outside of John Spratt’s Rock Hill office yesterday protesting his folly in support of the failing Obama-Pelosi agenda. The protest seemed to mostly center around Spratt’s support for the deceptively named Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. It will only be affordable for the 10% of Americans that will get free health insurance funded by a massive increase in the health insurance premiums of the 85% of us in this country already insured.

It seems to me that a lot of people that opposes the health care reform are basically those who didn’t support President Obama nor do they support him now? All I’ve heard for years and years is that we need Republicans and Democrats to work together now that a Democrat is back in office the Republicans have said the Hell with that! Republicans have been Campaigning for these Congressional seats since Obama won in 2008 they have not worked to accomplish anything for the American people they’ve just been campaigning every since! Ask yourself did you support any Democrat in the past election if you didn’t then we don’t expect you to support one now! If you supported republicans the 8yrs Bush was in office and seen the US Economy get turned upside down admit it you couldn’t stomach another Republican in the Whitehouse! Give this administration 1/2 the chance you gave the last one and I think you will be pleased in the end!

Mr. Bump Roddey must be confused? President Obama campaigned on bipartisanship (that means working together Mr. Roddey). But now that he’s in office he’s chosen to ignore his campaign promises by working in secret with Pelosi and Reid to attempt to ram the health care power grab down our throats! And Mr. Roddey must not know that John Spratt, as chairman of the House Budget Committee, voted to give Fannie Mae unlimited taxpayer funds (up from only $200 Billion) that working Americans will have to repay in higher taxes. Of course Mr. Roddey may be like most Democrat voters who don’t pay taxes, or are math phobics like Timmy Geitner, Charlie Rangel, etc. and incapable of figuring out what to pay, so they just forget about it. John Spratt must go. Mick Mulvaney has the experience and character we need representing us in DC.

Yeah yeah yeah President Obama did Campaign on Bipartisanship but please tell me how many republicans have voted w/ the Democrats since he’s been in office. How many voted for Health Care Reform….just 1! Come on now Mick Mulvany would be a Back Bencher if he goes to DC. This has nothing to do w/ Spratt this is simply steaming from back wood people thinking this adminstration can’t get the Job done. First put the blame where it needs to be on the last 8 years. Check the budget before Bush took office (Clinton left a surplus) then check it when Bush left office, we were in the Red now thats what I call doing the Math!

The Republicans haven’t voted with him because his ideas are shit. Why would you vote for bad policy? Have you been looking around you.? The national debt has skyrocketed under his administration three times as fast as Bush, and no it’s not because of what Bush left him. That’s a piss poor excuse used by his administration so they can’t shirk their responsibility. Did you know they want to raise the debt limit another $2 trillion? Let’s see where Mr. Spratt is on that one.
And no, Clinton did not leave a surprlus. That’s another myth swallowed hook, line, and sinker by people who apparently can’t do the math.
